Not only did she almost immediately respond to my message for help, despite it being after 11pm, she also made me feel more at ease offering to lock in some time for treatment the next day as I had requested. She was very accommodating, punctual and had a lovely manner. Yola was friendly and professional. I was a bit conscious that I would need to do the second treatment myself and Yola suggested that I get involved at that time under her guidance to ensure I felt more confident when I needed to do this solo. Yola also provided a take home information sheet and offered suggestions on how to keep abreast of possible further issues. Thankfully, Yola with her experience was also able to assess my boys hair and note that I had acted quickly which was also a relief. I would not hesitate to request Yola again should I need."
